If you wish to exchange or return the product you purchased you may do so within 14 working days from the date received.
Products can be returned to our Little Hippo store, or through the courier company that delivered it to you.
For products on “SALES” or during the sales period, the customer has the right to return them, but the shipping costs will be charged to the client only.

The company allows you to get a refund if for any reason you are not satisfied with the return of products. After receipt and inspection of returned products, the company will proceed within 30 days: In a reversal of the transaction if payment is made by credit card or Paypal or by depositing cash in a bank account which you will indicate in an enclose document inside the parcel of return. You have the right to return the goods and request a refund, without penalty and without any justifications, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods. If the return is not made within 14 calendar days, then Little Hippo can not accept the return. We emphasize that the date of the returned product is the one which is indicated by the courier on receipt.

Returns are accepted only if the items you wish to return are in the same situation as that in which you received them, i.e. without unsealed or violated packaging and in any case should not have been used. The packaging should be that which was originally delivered, including intact labels/tags with the usual signs/product price. The products should be accompanied by the relevant documents and market supply (i.e. receipt). If the product does not meet the above conditions will be returned to the Customer at his own expense. Any damage to the product when returning the product to us shall be borne solely by the Customer.

In order to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products, packaging and label intact in order to detect any obvious defects. However, in case that defective products are found, you reserve the right to return them and replace them.

If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company’s fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When we receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing, in approximately 5-6 working days.
